Last Minute Job Policy – Effective May 25, 2018

At Stynt we strive to give you the best possible experience to ensure that you quickly, easily and affordably get the best healthcare talent possible. Many of our clients have told us that they are experiencing increasing numbers of last minute needs that traditional temp agencies are unable to fill. To combat this problem, over the coming weeks Stynt is rolling out several updates to our platform to increase the availability of last minute professionals.

What’s Changing on May 25th, 2018?

Effective Friday, May 25th, 2018 when you post a job that begins within 24 hours (a last minute job), your job will be matched with our best professionals who are available to work at your location within your desired pay rate. If one of those professionals applies to your job, they will automatically be hired by you:

  • Stynt’s best professionals who are available to work, are within your desired pay rate , and apply for your job will be automatically hired.
  • Professionals who are new or don’t yet have a high rating can also apply to your job, but will not be hired automatically. You will be notified by email by Stynt and have the opportunity to review their profile and hire the professional if desired.

This change will ensure that the largest possible pool of professionals is available to fill your last minute needs. Whether you hire temps once a year, or once a day, having more last-minute professionals available to you on Stynt will make your hiring experience smoother and easier!
